Founder's Bio

Giovanni Gallo is Co-CEO of Ethico, a provider of ethics software to manage investigations, disclosures, credentialing, sanction screening, and e-learning. Serving the leaders of over 8 million employees around the world, ComplianceLine solutions help compliance professionals more effectively protect their teams and serve their company missions.

 

Giovanni is passionate about leading a movement that puts community and care for people at the heart of business, to help leaders at all levels serve their people and lead their teams to make the world a better workplace.

 

As a first-generation American son of a Cuban refugee from an entrepreneurial family, Giovanni has worked at innovative startups, guided growth at mission-oriented healthcare providers, and advised multinational companies on strategic initiatives.

 

Giovanni has an MBA in Management and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and  a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

 

He’s also a motorcyclist, snowboarder, scuba diver, and amateur arborist, though spends most of his time chasing his four young children around and supporting education, at-risk children, and economic empowerment.
